IEEE paper analyzing 77,975 NTSB aviation accident records from 1962 to 2016. Applied factor analysis, correlation analysis, and cross-tabulation in IBM SPSS with Python preprocessing to uncover decade-by-decade accident patterns.
Undergraduate research proposing a two-channel, password-free authentication system using QR codes and HMAC-SHA2 one-time passwords. Eliminates phishing, keylogger, and replay attacks by separating the Internet and wireless channels entirely.
Undergraduate research at the Data Sciences Summer Institute, UIUC. Built a search engine that indexes 4,445 faculty experts using LDA topic modeling with Gibbs Sampling; my contribution to a five-team NLP pipeline covering crawling, classification, extraction, retrieval, and UI.
